QAD ensures that teachers have access to appropriate professional development and updating including training. QAD ensures that their staffs attend all international and national trainings, Symposiums, workshops conducted by programme providers like, British council, University of London, ACCA , BPP Universities and other known organization for both local and international training programs. QAD organizes a systematic peer review process at the campuses. QAD and the tutors meet and discuss their course contents on one-on-one basis occasionally to catch up on their course coverage.
